Buying
How do I purchase a listing?
Browse the marketplace, find a listing you like, and click the purchase button. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Once payment is complete, you'll get instant access to download your purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods are final sales and generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with a purchase (corrupted file, missing content), contact us and we'll work to resolve it.
What formats are listings available in?
Formats vary by creator and listing type. Each listing page shows exactly what's included — personas, skill files, configurations, documentation, and any other assets the creator provides.
Can I use purchased content commercially?
Purchases include a personal-use license by default. Some creators offer commercial licenses — check the listing details. If you need a commercial license and it's not listed, reach out to the creator directly.
Selling
How do I become a seller?
Click "Start Selling" in the navigation, create your seller profile, and connect your Stripe account for payouts. Once set up, you can publish listings immediately.
What commission does OpenClawBazaar take?
We take a small platform commission on each sale. The exact rate depends on your plan — free sellers pay a standard rate, while Pro subscribers enjoy a reduced commission. Check the sell page for current rates.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Funds are typically available in your connected bank account within 2-7 business days after a sale, depending on your country and Stripe's processing times.
Can I offer free listings?
Yes! Free listings are a great way to build your reputation and attract buyers to your paid content.
Account
How do I create an account?
Click Sign In in the top navigation. You can create an account using your email or sign in with Google. It takes less than a minute.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at support@openclawbazaar.com and we'll process your account deletion within 30 days. You'll lose access to any purchased content.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Sign In" and then "Forgot password" to receive a password reset link via email.

Which AI agent platforms are supported?
OpenClawBazaar is built for the OpenClaw ecosystem. Creators can list personas, skills, and workflows designed for OpenClaw AI agents. Check listing descriptions and tags to find content compatible with your setup.
I'm having trouble downloading my purchase.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for all payment processing. Your card details are never stored on our servers — they go directly to Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
